Moda In Pelle Bridgette White Leather

Absolutely lovely shoes but the fit is so small. I am normally a 7 or 7.5 but even the size 8 was much too small. So disappointed as I am having to return them. They were just what I wanted and a great price too.

Soft, comfortable and supportive. As usual with Moda, it’s a bit like sliding your feet into the butter dish! Soft and comfy from the start, but with inside support, and light to wear.

Shoes look great,are light and are good for wide feet but a couple issues:
1. There is no cushioning at all it feels like
2. The toe on one shoe came creased terribly

If you have narrow feet these aren't for you or size down

The sizing was inaccurate - I always buy size 8 but this trainer was too small. It is not on sale in a size 9 so I had to return it. A shame because it is a lovely trainer, attractive, good quality and would have been very comfortable if I could have bought a bigger size.

Ordered white received black. Online Customer services absolutely rubbish took 4 days to respond then asked what the issue was with receiving a black pair of trainers requested a pic or video to evidence. Lost patience with them went to a local store who apologised for the inconvenience and sent trainers back refund is being processed

Good value, but this is not nice soft leather, but rather hard with a distinctive smell. I would say sizing wise, they come up big and wide.

Would have been lovely if they had been a pair 2 different white trainers in the box. Your customer service is rubbish because you can't get through it rings and rings then cuts you off. Had to take back to cheshire oaks who were fabulous. Still waiting for refund.

Size 8/41 was definitely a size 7 so too small. £2.95 P&P to receive them and £8.95 to return them back (tracked as recommended). Gutted because they were fabulous trainers otherwise and I have been searching a long time.

I was so excited to receive these! However, having unpacked them, recycled the box and packaging and shredded the returns label, I was dismayed to discover that instead of a pair of 38 shoes as ordered, I had received 1 x 38 and 1 x 39 !! Given the quality checks that take place, I don't understand how this happened!

I ordered 2 styles the Bridgette were no where as good quality as the other style I ordered. The tongue on the shoe was thin and not comfy they were cheaper than the other pair I would rather spend more and get better quality. Going to return them.

Lovely white trainers. Very light and very padded. However they are a large 5 and l too big for me - I have at least 5 pairs of moda and pelle sandals and shoes all 5 and they all fit but unfortunately not these . I have given them to my daughter and ordered so another style so hope they fit

I can’t review the item as I have not received them. I ordered them on 6th August on a next delivery. It is now 14th August and they have not arrived.
I have been in contact with Moda in Pelle twice and they were no help at all!! They have basically said it’s down to the courier Evri and I have to just wait. Terrible customer service. I won’t be ordering anything again!!

What a stylish trainer. Love that it's mainly white with just a subtle colour heel trim. On trend thicker sole but not too thick that it looks stupid. Good to find a trainer that's leather inside as well as out. Knocked one star off because my left toe slightly touches the upper towards the front of the trainer. Bizarre really as my left foot is the slightly smaller one. Decided to keep them anyway, gambling I could break the left one in. First outing in them today and looks like the gamble has paid off.

Beautiful styling and proportions and great to find this style in leather, but quality varies so beware - I ordered 2 pairs to compare and find the best pair - for example the little logo studs (glued on the back) are often wonky, and those on the laces look a bit tarnished, plus the stitching through the leather can sometimes be too stretched & start ripping, so just beware

So…. Where do I start? I ordered these to take on a trip to London. Opened them up and lo snd behold MIP have sent me two right feet. I contacted them that night.. Wednesday.. and they replied the following day asking for photographic evidence which I then sent off via email. I told them I needed them for my holiday and asked for them to be sent to my hotel which they refused to do saying they wouldn’t know who was accepting the parcel, so then i agreed to pick them up from “the Oxford st branch”. They warned me that would not be until the following Tuesday. I heard nothing on Tuesday and contacted them when they then said it would be Friday. We are set to travel home Friday so this isn’t possible (I’m still in London while I write this). So then I tell them to send them to my house but not before Saturday to allow me to get home and they refused saying they can’t choose the date they get sent. So now I have to order another pair on line. Wait til I’m home and return the 2 right feet. I needed these for my holiday. And feel extremely let down. I love MIP shoes but this whole experience has been ridiculous… customer service is absolutely dire. One very unhappy customer. It will be interesting to see if they take any notice of this review. I’m not holding my breath…..
