- Returns can be made to any of our stores and if you wish to locate your nearest store please visit our Store Locator
- Proof of purchase must be presented when making a return to store
- The store will arrange a refund for you and this will be processed within 10 working days
Products purchased online:
- All items bought online, including sales items, can be returned within 28 days of the dispatch date providing the item is in a perfect, unworn condition and in original packaging.
- You can return the item(s) to us by either postal options or by taking the item to one of our stores or concessions*.
- We would advise to try your shoes on in a carpeted room while you are deciding if they are for you
Products purchased in store:
- Full price items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of the date or purchase, providing the items is in perfect unworn condition and in original packaging.
- Reduced items (sales or promotion) can be returned for an exchange or credit note within 14 days of sale purchase, providing the item is in perfect unworn condition and in original packaging
- If you decide to return your item to our warehouse the store policy still applies and the store is going be in touch to refund you in 10 working days
