Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

We measure our boot heights (in centimetres) from the back of the boot, from the top of the heel all the way up.

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Unfortunately my shoes arrived damaged, not happy that I need to pay for a return which is not my fault. Also quality of the shoe itself does not warrant the cost in my opinion but the design is nice.

These shoes are far too narrow. To fit into this the shoes would need to be widened by at least 1.5 inches. It's such a shame because they are beautiful shoes but I had to send them back due to the narrow width.

I have other moda shoes in size 7 which are a perfect fit ,these were VERY small ,had to return them now waiting for a larger size ,hopefully these should be fine

I didn’t get sent the ivory leather ones I received the silver but had to keep them as I had a wedding at the weekend. I wasn’t happy but too late to return or order more. The silver are beautiful though

Very small sizes and you have to pay return special delivery postage to return the item so you loose out the cost of postage by on the delivery and return. But something I would of expected from a company selling shoes that are not at the cheaper end of the market. Based on this I cannot recommend

The shoe is georgeous however on the left shoe the clasp wasn't in line with the stitching. If your paying £129.95 for shoes they should be perfect. I ordered size 3 & 4 and both were faulty. Waiting for customer service to get back to me about a replacement. Hope they come in time for my dress fitting.

Beautiful shoe... but VERY small. I’m a size 4 and I couldn’t put the shoes on as it was too small and far too narrow! I think the next size up would still be too narrow. Devastated as I looooved the shoe.
