Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

We measure our boot heights (in centimetres) from the back of the boot, from the top of the heel all the way up.

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Quality soft leather. As other reviewers have commented, there is no 'wearing in' period or discomfort - it's immediately the case that you can't feel you have them on.
I bought the 'tan' and the colour is a rich dark caramel, pretty much as photograph. I feel they are slightly large for size, so if in doubt, size down. Beautiful style, the zip giving variety. I do find that the zip sometimes 'edges' open as I wear, but its' not really a problem

I really love these trainers. They felt a little tight across my (not very pronounced) bunions but the leather is very soft and after an hour or two wearing them around the house, they were perfectly comfortable. Great quality

These beautifully made trainers are so comfortable so well made , I am a size 6/39 and that size fits me perfectly, I still do insert my insoles as to lift my arches which makes them even more comfortable, I wanted them in navy but sold out , but managed to get my size in house of Frazier

these look good and are very comfy but the colour is already coming off the rubber ridge that rouns round the shoes and looks like the seal with the leather might be loosening already

Would thoroughly recommend these quality shoes… super soft leather attractive and very comfortable to wear. Sizing generous… however ordered a size 7 as my shoes size is a 7 and they fit perfectly. Only down side is when I ordered them I didn’t notice the SOCIAL15 discount so that was a bit annoying.
