Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Ordered UK 3 and they’re huge. I asked to return them because they’re not fit for purpose and was told I’d have to pay for return. I hadn’t just changed my mind they’re not as advertised and I don’t think I should be out of pocket returning them.

This is a beautiful good quality shoe but unfortunately for me too big. Considered heel grips because I really wanted them to fit but eventually common sense prevailed and they were returned. My usual size is a 5 so will consider re-ordering in a 4 should they come back in stock.

Lovely loafer- I ordered a size 6 which I usually find perfect in Moda but these do come up slightly bigger than normal so I needed an inner sole. But live the colour and style. In fact my daughter saw them and ordered herself a pair also

Lovely shoes delivered very quickly. Couldnt be better . Only downside paying by klarna. A very stressful day setting site up to pay. I dont use a mobile phone just a tablet. Lovely colour, I would say Moda size 5 is generous a 4.5 would have been better, however I had half a sock and shoe fits perfectly

Sizing all wrong. I tried my usual size 5 and far too big And tried different insoles and still the shoes slipped off at the back.

so ordered one size down and the shades of the fabric didn’t match.

So sending both sizes back after the convid-19 calms down.
