Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

We measure our boot heights (in centimetres) from the back of the boot, from the top of the heel all the way up.

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

I love the style of these trainers/shoe.
However Moda footwear is very narrow. I am a D fitting and it is almost impossible to pull the zip up on most of their trainers.
They also felt tight around the toes. I have stretched them for a few days before being able to wear them.
I wish Moda would listen to their customers and widen their trainers.
I am unsure if I will order again as I have had to return many times

Beautiful shoes, but unfortunately I had to return them as I my foot was too wide therefore I couldn't get them zipped up. They will be ideal for anyone with a narrow foot.

Loved the look of these shoes so much, ordered them in 3 colours before they sold out , so disappointed as they were too long and narrow in my size, had to pay quite a lot to return them all

Lovely shoe maybe a bit on the narrow side for some .
Was going to go up a size but sold out I've tried at home and realised they will be fine and that's with a thin sock Thanks Moda x .

Fairly narrow fitting but leather upper is very soft and supple, so moulds to the foot nicely after a couple of wears. Would definately not recommend to wider than standard foot. Toe shape is quite tapered. Lovely colour and true to my usual size.

yes shoes are lovely but please please make all your shoes abit wider as they seem very narrow to what they used to be. i would buy buy alot more if they were wider thank you

I purchased a size 9 usually high street 8 but would say a little more wiggle room. I wore them first time all day no socks so comfortable cross with myself that I dithered as they were on offer for £59 but I ended up paying £99 I will try to come back for another pair when my finances allow.
My one upset is that not a size 9 in all designs I am sure over the year I would purchase more if I had the range to choose from the smaller sizes are offered.
