Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Quality trainer with shaped insoles, soft leather upper and strong side zip. However, the rubber base comes high at the front leaving the toe upper short and making the shoe feel cramped. I bought sizev8 and will be returning them. Such a pity as I love them.

When they arrived one shoe was faulty, the zip was stuck and when I looked inside they were still sewn shut, problem reported but still waiting for confirmation to send back, will have to pay for return postage and claim refund by the looks of it. Size also very small, toes were right at the end. I have many pairs of Moda trainers, but won't buy online again, sizing is so unpredictable

Lovely trainers, but far too small in the length. I have many moda shoes and boots and have never had this problem before, have always been a perfect fit. If I had gone up a size they would have been too big around the back of the ankle. Sadly have sent them back.

Nice looking stylish fashion trainer. It’s not very supportive around the heel but overall it’s good looking and comfortable and purchased in the sale for a good price.
They did come with two different laces for some reason so I had to purchase some new laces for my holiday. I am awaiting some new laces from moda in Pelle.

Lovely and comfy soft leather trainer but unfortunately I was so disappointed I ordered a size 4 but they were more like a size 6. I have several moda boots and trainers all fit but these were even too big for my mum who is a size 5 an like me has several trainers.

I love the shoe but sadly I have to return them as they are too small. I ordered size 8 and there are no bigger sizes. Usually a size 8 I a little big for me so they must be a small fitting. I am very disappointed because they look well made and comfy

The trainers are very comfortable and the styling is good. The only problem I have is the tongue on both trainers slides sideways. Not too bad whilst wearing a sock but If not wearing a sock it can be uncomfortable, hence the 4 stars.

I ordered these shoes but was delivered wrong shoes…so returned them last week, still haven’t had an acknowledgement of return even though I’ve tracked the delivery and they were returned the next day.
I’ve sent mode 3 emails STILL acknowledgment of my return

Tried these trainers in-store, really liked that that they had elastic slimer laces and ordered them online. when they arrived it was just ordinary laces and I contacted customer services to request a replacement. Sent them photos over as requested
but still waiting on a response.

I ordered these as I have a numerous pairs of trainers and flatties from Moda in Pelle and love the styles and comfort of them all.
Unfortunately these arrived with a slight fault on the small seam above the heel, Customer Service were very quick to reply and offer return, replacement or 10% refund.
In the end I decided to keep them as I am currently recovering from a hip op and unable to return for a few weeks and I was worried my size would be out of stock.
However they are a lovely trainer.

So far so good - they are lovely and soft (leather upper as well as inner sole) so very comfy, not a massive fan of the stretchy laces though so might swap those out … I can see why they have them but I found tightening up the trainer for a snug fit a bit of a pain as the laces had too much ‘give’ due to their ‘elasticatedness’ !
