Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Very disappointed left shoe was a whole size bigger than the right, returned over a week ago via evri and still no notification they have been received, customer service dreadful, when advised of being faulty was told they don’t reimburse delivery for a fitting problem, moda list a very loyal customer

First pair I ordered where not the same size when I got them out of the box I could see the one was much bigger than the other right foot fitted perfectly left foot was way to big , I’ve ordered another pair to see how they are hopefully they will be better , first pair obviously weren’t checked before being sent out

These school shoes are stylish for my teenage daughter in her last year at school, since she is standing and wearing them long hours . I bought these as a replacement for a pair I had for three months before the heal fell off .
I was refused a refund .
I foolishly went with the same make as had practically based whole work outfits around them .This was a mistake,most uncomfortable shoes ever ,my feet are torn to pieces

Loved the style but the sizing is way off - I ordered a size 3 and they literally just feel of my feet. My sister is a size 4 and when she tried them they were too big for her! First time I’ve ever had a sizing issue with Moda - unfortunately had to return and pay for postage too which is also annoying when the sizing is not my fault.
