Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Lovely colour, style and soft comfortable leather, but size is very big - I usually wear size 5 but these were at least 1 (and possibly 2 sizes too big) so regrettably had to return. The sandals are a slightly stronger yellow colour than shown online. Great to see a lower heel height for those of us unable to wear high heels!

I would like to review this sandal but as yet the package has remained a week at the EVRI depot with no updates just a short note - delayed - on 31st October. This is a poor reflection on you as a company if you choose this 3rd rate company. I hope I see the sandals and when I do I love them, but this is starting to really affect who i choose to buy from if they only use this company to deliver.

I bought the Pink ones prior to these yellow ones. The leather were so soft and comfortable, very stylish too. So many people complimented on them. These yellow ones even better to go with my clothing. Good for walking as well.

This is the second pair of this style from moda in pelle. They are very comfortable, such soft leather, a nice comfortable heel that gives some lift but makes them easy to wear for walking miles.

I really loved these shoes BUT had to return them. The part that covers the toes has very sharp, rough stitching which would rub on my toes and could cause blisters or sore spots. It could be that I got a dodgy pair but didn’t want to waste postage ordering another pair.
