Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

I love this style. Comfortable but stylish - the not too high wedge gives a nice lift without making it difficult to walk.
Unfortunately there a were some imperfections on the silver element of the heel, small scratches and blemishes. I wanted to return and exchange for a perfect pair however they had already sold out on the website. Pity.

I really wanted these sandals to be smart and comfortable. Sadly they are neither, needs more padding on the footbed and the white strap needs to be slightly narrower. I kept them as I had wore them out shopping hoping they’d get a better with wear. Really should have bout the flatter version as I know people who gave them and say they are extremely comfortable. A lot of money wasted for them to sit in my wardrobe.

The straps rubbed on both big toes and caused blisters. Very cheaply made! The foil covering on the wedge heel marked the first time I wore them and the sides of the white sole do not come clean after a few times of cleaning. Definitely not worth the price paid!!

Would love to review the shoes but despite 2 emails to customer services after a wait of 11 days they still haven’t arrived.

Last carrier information on tracking states, delay allow 24 hours. This was 3 May. Now beginning the process of raising with PayPal.
