Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

We measure our boot heights (in centimetres) from the back of the boot, from the top of the heel all the way up.

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

These are so comfortable that ever since they arrived I have lived in them around the house. The size 5 are true to size. The circular pieces don't lie flat (hence 1 star less) and I wonder if they have been fitted upside down but perhaps they would dig in up the other way.

Very happy, until it was pointed out to me, the ring on left sandal, curves up, instead of curving down following my foot shape, got in touch with customer service, who were very good, but could not replace due to none left my size, I would of been very happy with the same sandal in different colour, but this cannot be done!!! My only option is refund,on return of sandals, but I just can not be bothered, too much hassle when you live 5 miles from post office at present times!!!

Got them in the sale, love them. I’m a normal size 6 and they just fit. My heel slightly hangs over the back. So if you’re a 6.5 I’d got for a size 7.
