Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Quality is really poor, unlike other trainers I have bought through Moda. Not leather lined and the whole shoe appears to be a bit misshapen. I will have to return.

Great looking trainer. The zip makes it easier to get them on and off. My only criticism is the laces, they feel cheap and are incredibly stiff. I hope they soften with time. Otherwise very pleased with my purchase

Trainers are so comfortable. They look stylish. The zip adds to the look but is aso very useful, saves on tieing the laces and loosening/tightening them.
I bought them in the sale but they ate worth the full price. They look very expensive.

These trainers are so very comfortable to walk in and are soft underfoot. Having a zip rather than having to tie laces makes them easy to put on and take off. The laces can be loosened or tightened so gives full adjustment. Another very happy purchase from Moda and Pelle

Tried on at home thougth they were ok and needed wearing in. went for a walk in them not comfortable at all rubbed my toes and I can't return as I have worn them so they are headed to the charity shop. Glad I brought them in the sale at least I haven't wasted the full price. I should say I have a pair of Moda trainers that I have used for 3 years and still using. They are brilliant and leather is much better quality.

Love this trainers. Very comfortable. As I’m petite I love the wedge on them. I have purchased a lot of MP’s, as they are always a good fit, comfortable and trendy. My sisters also purchase MP’s for the same reasons. They always have good sales on, which makes it affordable for everyone. Would highly recommend.

I never normally struggle to find size 4 shoes that fit well, however, these shoes were a small 4 and also quite a narrow fit. I was very sad about this as they are beautiful shoes, so stylish. I wanted to love them but it wasn't meant to be. If you are lucky enough to have slim feet, these are the shoes for you, go a size bigger than your normal size and enjoy the admiring gazes of longing from folk like me.

Whilst the style, quality and materials of this trainer are excellent, I found it to be quite slim fitting and not a generous fit. I normally have a size 5 in standard width but this shoe was too small.
