Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

We measure our boot heights (in centimetres) from the back of the boot, from the top of the heel all the way up.

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Lovely shoe but found the Size 7 too small. Length is okay but not much depth for the toes. I found my toes were touching the top of the shoe. Very uncomfortable. Quality etc. was excellent. Normally I have no problem with Moda shoes, and have many but on this occasion both the Esitti and the Arnello had this problem. So disappointed that I had to return!

Fabulous trainers! I have bought 5 pairs recently and all are so comfy, so on trend and so wearable. I’m in love with them. The newest pair is bright white with a touch of silver and a little diamanté trim. They are so lovely. They are lined with leather which makes them so comfortable, my foot slips in so easily, no pulling or pushing. I would recommend without hesitation

Really comfortable white leather trainers and excellent value in the sale at £39.95.I bought a similar pair a few years ago and the leather is still in great condition! Looked nice but thinner sole wasn't very comfortable. Also too small in length (I'm a 7.5-8) ordered size 8 and was too small. Frustrating you don't offer any kind of returns service, especially in current circumstances. I won't be ordering again for that reason.

Goergeous trainers but had to return aa too marrow , like Filaria boots ( another pair I got and had to send back).
It is so difficult to buy shoes online and try at home, especially now, when even online shopping cannot be returned to MIP stores so I don't understand why MIP doesn't have more customer friendly policy for returns. Shoes are heavy and it costed me 1/5 to return these that were too narrow to wear ( and I won't suffer feom day 1 hoping the leather will stretch) so obviously I will not buy now as it costs me too much.
