Extended returns policy during the festive period

Purchases made between now and the 23rd of December can be returned either up to the 7th January or 28 days after dispatch.

Returns

Thank you for shopping with Moda in Pelle, we hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied please read this page for details on how to make a return.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and will only be refunded if the product is found to be faulty. 

Store Purchases:

  • Full price items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of the date or purchase, providing the items is in perfect unworn condition and in original packaging.
  • Reduced items (sales or promotion) can be returned for an exchange or credit note within 14 days of sale purchase, providing the item is in perfect unworn condition and in original packaging
  • If you decide to return your item to our warehouse the store policy still applies and the store is going be in touch to refund you in 10 working days

 

 

  • To help us process your returns and exchanges quickly and efficiently, please ensure you complete our returns form that was included in your package ensuring all requested information is provided.
  • Please send returns via post to: Website Returns, Moda in Pelle, Enfield Terrace, Leeds LS7 1RG
  • We strongly advise you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost
  • If you have returned your item/s for a refund this will be processed within 10 working days of receiving it in our warehouse.
  • Please note all refunds will be completed to the original method of payment.

 These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

  • All items bought online, including sales items, can be returned within 28 days of the dispatch date providing the item is in a perfect, unworn condition and in original packaging. 
  • You can return the item(s) to us by either postal options or by taking the item to one of our stores or concessions*.                  *This excludes our concession within Newcastle Fenwicks
  • We would advise to try your shoes on in a carpeted room while you are deciding if they are for you
  • Please ensure you complete the returns form fully. A non-complete form may cause a delay in processing your order.
  • Your refund will then be processed via head office
