How do I use my eGift card?

Log in to your account using the email address the eGift card was sent to. If you don't have an account yet, simply register with that email address.

Your eGift card balance will appear automatically as Moda Store Credit in your account. Add your items to My Bag, log in at checkout, and choose "Moda Store Credit" as your payment method.

If your order costs less than your balance, the rest stays in your Moda Store Credit for next time. If it costs more, you can pay the difference by card.

How can I check my eGift card balance?

Log in to your account and go to your Moda Store Credit to see your balance.

How long is my eGift card valid for?

eGift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

What happens if I return items paid for with an eGift card?

The amount paid by eGift card is returned to your Moda Store Credit. Anything you paid on top is refunded in line with our returns policy: to your original payment method or Moda Store Credit within 14 days, or as Moda Store Credit between 15 and 60 days.

How do I buy someone an eGift card?

You can buy an eGift card on our gift cards page, and we'll email it to your chosen recipient. Gift cards are also available in our stores.
