Moda in Pelle began in Leeds in 1975, with a single beautiful store selling women's fine leather goods.
In the last 40 years, Moda in Pelle has grown to be a national boutique brand, with over 40 stores and concessions across the UK. We pride ourselves on detail, elegance and quality manufacturing to provide style conscious women with stunning design and beautiful craftsmanship.
We design every one of our shoes in-house in our Leeds head office, and it is the detail and design of our shoes which has made Moda in Pelle a favourite for women in the UK for over 40 years.

We don't expect you to be a haute-couture expert, but you should:
Have excellent people skills, and be able to offer exceptional customer experience with a smile
You'll need to be happy working in a team - each of our store teams are a caring and close-knit bunch.
Have a genuine enthusiasm for the product, and a desire to learn about our collections so you can pass your knowledge on to your customers
Be flexible so that you can take full advantage of the opportunity and support other areas of the business

Our Head Office is at the heart of our UK and Ireland operations. From Design to Merchandising, Buying to Marketing, and Ecommerce to Customer Services, each and every part of the Moda In Pelle operation is controlled here. • Liaise with stores on a daily basis to ensure banking is correct
• Correct any error processed on tills on a daily basis
• Discrepancy analysis for stores (including concessions)
• Support stores with till corrections
• Perform banking of all cheques
• Input invoices into sage 50
• Manage purchase ledger inbox & respond to queries
Our Sales Assistants are the lifeblood of our company, and the face of Moda for most of our customers! As a Sales Assistant you will be able to inspire desire in a customer, and offer a personal and professional service at all times. With your help, every shopper will be able to find their perfect pair of shoes for any occasion, and they'll always remember your fantastic customer service.

Our store supervisors are the ones who keep Moda in Pelle running smoothly. As a supervisor, you will help your team manager to run the store or concession. You will be a committed, organised and confident member of your store team, eager to learn about our products and update your team on the features and benefits of each style.

Our store and concession managers are vital members of the Moda in Pelle family. You'll be able to critically assess your store's performance, and know how to deliver consistently fantastic results. We're looking for someone who can manage people with warmth and efficiency, and always get the best from your team members through motivation and thoughtful management.
