Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Absolutely beautiful boots - so different to anything else you see! Fabulous quality with such great detail as well as a side zip. So comfy to wear! Even better when able to purchase at Sale price making them a steal for the quality. I can vary between a 3 and 4 in shoes/boots and often a 3 is crippling but not these!

Beautifully soft boots, no need to wear in and they look amazing. However if you have wide feet you will need to size up as they are quite narrow at the toe. I'm a size 6 and a size 7 fit my stumpy toes perfect

Really wanted the black ones but my size sold out. I plumped for the tan size4 and boy oh boy they are simply fabulous. Also got an amazing bargain with 10%off.They are so smart and soft and look gorgeous on. Thought they might be too narrow but they fit like a glove. Far too narrow, look long. I purchased a black and brown pair, too tight to wear would need to be one size up to your normal size... but then it is likely you will look like your going skiing! Should have made this rounder toe boot as these felt like stilettos with wise.

Also if returning you pay the return postage cost unless you have a shop in your area. This cost me £9 for 2 returns first class signed for... won't purchased again owing to no free returns.

Generally this is a fabulous brand and shoes are of good quality just the return cost makes it not worth it, unless you have money too waste.
