Please Note: Returns postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and will only be refunded if the product being returned is found to be faulty.

Free Returns to Store

  • Returns can be made to any of our stores and if you wish to locate your nearest store please visit our Store Locator
  • Items must be returned within 21 days of the date on your despatch note
  • Returned items must be unworn, in perfect re-saleable condition and in the original packaging including outer box
  • Proof of purchase must be presented when making a return to store
  • Stores will only accept and process a maximum of two items as part of any return transaction, customers seeking to return more should return via post

  • Please complete the returns form that was included in your package ensuring all requested information is provided or download the form to print off here.
  • Items must be returned within 21 days of the date on your despatch note
  • Returned items must be unworn, in perfect re-saleable condition and in the original packaging including outer box

  • We strongly advise you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost

  • This is a new service which allows you to arrange collection of your return online at a time and place to suit you; this is a convenient and cost affective alternative to other methods.
  • All you have to do is click on the link below and follow the instructions to register your collection and safe place details, request a date for the collection, supply address details and pay online. You will then be able to print off the postage label and pack the return ready for the collection on the stated day.
