Returns Information

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Moda In Pelle, you may return unworn and unmarked goods, in a saleable condition within 21 days of the date shown on your dispatch note along with a valid proof of purchase to the following address and we will refund the cost of your goods.

Returns are FREE to all Moda In Pelle stores

Alternatively items can be returned by post, in the original packaging including the outer box to the below address. *Please note - we strongly advise items to be sent recorded delivery as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost.

Returns postage will only be refunded if the product is faulty.  Return postage costs are and will remain the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Note: Moda in Pelle stores will only accept and process a maximum of two products as part of any return transition. Customers seeking to return more than two items should return their products via post to the above address.
